We will log into your computer right now, with your permission and total control of course. Think about this, in the time that it would take you to climb under your desk, disconnect your computer from the wall and bring the heavy thing out to your car we will already be in your machine virtually diagnosing the issue ad solving your computer related problem.

 

 

STEP ONE:

A TFCR Technician will work with you on our website easy chat system (Temporarily Unavailable) or by phone to download the software needed to provide remote access. Additionally, the software link is located under our Remote Repair Link on our home page to the left.

 

STEP TWO:

A TFCR Technican will log into your computer and take over your mouse virtually, clicking through screens to diagnose and repair software issues.

 

RATES

 

 

MINIMUM CHARGE: $40.00 Flat Minimum

 

HOURLY FEE: $ 20.00 / Per Hour

 

 

HALF HOUR: $ 10.00 / Per Half Hour

 

 

We round off time frames to the nearest or lesser of the hourly time on the clock once computer is repaired.

 

 

All Fees must be paid via credit card at time of service – TFCR Technicians accept VISA, MasterCard & PayPal which can be paid securely via our Remote Fees link to the left.
